EclipsedGods - DevLog 0.2.0: "Explosion" + "Creations"

• New UI!
• Added dummies and exploins to bounce them arround.
• Creations now exist. 
  • Only yellow and black creations has special effects.

 To ADD:

1. Effects for magenta and cyan. (Speed and turrets)
2. Fix Dummy AI
3. Add more random generation that creats more targets when a creation or explosion occurs.
