Well we managed to get a working game out.
The historical accuracy is definitely a bit worse than I'd like but a real phone operator job is pretty difficult so it's probably for the best.
I'm pretty happy with the general lack of bugs but there were a couple that we didn't manage to get fixed in time.
Some features that didn't make it in:
Static on the lines messing with the call text.
Enemy tapping the lines.
Artillery strikes shaking the camera.
