Small bugfix, moved NTSC to Unity, drop osx/linux support

The only platform supported henceforth is Windows.

Couple of bugfixes in the new binaries just uploaded.

The NTSC effect was moved from reshade to unity, so people on slow PCs will no longer have any problem running the game thanks to @Mausimus.
