JOKSY v0.1

In this update, I have added the option to play the game with 1-4 computer players.

Their decision making has much room for improvement, but this build represents the first iteration of (low difficulty) AI opponents.

Changelog

• Added AI opponents (choose from setup screen)
• Reduced number of -2 cards from 10 to 5
• Increased number of 0 cards from 10 to 15
