Hotfix (fluids disappearing)

I have updated Patch 0.8 with some small hotfixes:

• Fixed a bug causing characters to no longer be affected by fluid after a sex scene
• Fixed a bug causing ragdolled characters mid masturbation to get their penis stuck in their hand
• Fixed a bug causing the throb animation to no longer function correctly on an erect penis
