Tech demo rev 1 patch notes

Here are some of the changes this new version brings.

Because the very first version was made in a rush, there were a lot of low hanging fruits in the performance improvement department.
Here is  the breakdown:

• General performance improvements, most noticeably in the theater scene.
• Added more graphical options.
• Fixed most UI rendering order problems.
• Feedback system.
• Miscellaneous bug fixes
