Requiem Update 15: Latest Round of Updates and Fixes!
Hello everyone! We've been hard at work addressing feedback and making some exciting updates to Requiem (1998). Here's what's new in this patch:
- Polished Developer Notes:
- Corrected typos in the developer notes for clarity.
- Added numbered entries to make browsing and referencing developer notes easier.
- Gameplay and Collision Updates:
- Enemies can no longer access the alleyway passage, ensuring a smoother and more predictable experience during gameplay.
- Updated building and streetlight collision boxes for improved accuracy and to prevent clipping issues.
- Atmospheric Enhancements:
- Added a lens flare effect when the flashlight is turned on, enhancing immersion and visual fidelity.
- Introduced dynamic lighting intensity for the underground areas, creating a more atmospheric and eerie environment.
- Improved Puzzle Interactions:
- Added arrow key support for keypad puzzles, providing players with more control options.
- Resolved a frustrating bug where players were sometimes unable to move after interacting with keypads.
