optimization + better effects ? + UI adaptative

• Better lighting (just a bit)
• Better effects (very subjective, but it is more present and coherent, can be a bit drafty)
• Change UI icons to be adaptative with controller type (unfinished, sorry keyboard players)
• Less laggy (still not perfect)

In general it's better now but still need a bit of work. I'm starting to be tired of my own game, working solo is great at first, until your nose is too much in it, then your brain cannot think out of the box anymore, which is really important to get fresh ideas. Maybe on my next game...

But still, I'll finish this one and bring it to Steam.
