0.4.0 - Experimental AI

Changes:

• Experimental AI can now be toggled on Match Settings! It's not the best player yet but it works.

• Game should display properly on small screens now.

• A couple of other minor fixes as well.

Known bugs:

• Sometimes score is counted twice.

• Can't change the player's races on setup.
