Version 0.28 is out!
Had to release this a bit early to fix a big issue with weapon reloading, so some of the new stuff isnt quite done-

New Content:
- Re-designed some battles that were more like easy placeholder fights before. More of these to come.
- The Rat King
- The Lookout
- Crawling Hand
- Many improvements/changes to status effects, and new original icons for them too. One main improvement - damage over time is now much stronger, but has a reduced effect against most bosses.
- Poison: Has replaced Infection. Lasts many turns and persists after battle (for the player only), but damage is relatively low. Need antidote or medication to cure.
- Infection: Current sources of infection have become Poison instead. Infection has become a different thing completely. Does nothing on its own. When you sleep, has a chance to either go away or to become Disease. More likely to get worse if you are in poor spirits. Need disinfectant to cure.
- Disease: Reduces all stats. When you sleep, has a chance to get worse or get better. Need medication to cure.
- Bleed: In 3 stacking stages – stage 1 is relatively weak, but continuously applying bleed to a target makes the bleeding worse. It also recovers in stages. Might need to use several bandages to cure stage 3 bleeding. A new Balm item can cure bleed in battle.
- Burn: new effect added to fire damage. Does more damage per turn than poison and tier 1 bleed, but for a shorter time period. Unlike poison, it stops at the end of battle.
- Acid: new effect added to acid damage. A bit of damage over time, but also halves the targets defense while afflicted, making it useful against tough-skinned enemies.
Fixes/Tweaks:
- Fixed issue with reloading guns.
- Fixed an issue with the grinning lady’s door being shut when it shouldn’t be.
- Fixed possible issue with weapon durability. There might be more issues with it – please report if you notice a weapon breaking at a weird time! Weapons should only break during combat after an attack, or right at the end of battle when you are back to exploring. If a weapon breaks at any other point – something is wrong!
- Fixed an issue with buying one of the games from the Gamer visitor.
- Fixed the fight against wounded neighbor so you cannot win it until the eye appears.
