Gauss-2.0.1 - Quality of life update for Tutorial and Menu

A few QoL changes were made to the tutorial and menu.

• Tutorial
  • Long pause after the shield tutorial was actually waiting for you to fully deplete the shield, but that was unnecessary so i removed it.
  • User input is no longer disabled during the tutorial ending ^_^ no one ever liked that sooo...it's gone.
  • Added a message at the end of tutorial telling the player that they can remap any of their controls from the menu in case they were unhappy with the default controls
• Menu
  • Fixed the "slow" button color changing in the Keybinding and Ship Select screens
