Space Game Demo Updated - Modified Dither, Screen shake!

I've been doing mostly refactor this week and work on the inventory that is not in this demo. :) However, I have a new gun and I've added some more health packs and tweaked the level a little. 

Changes:

• new rail gun
• dither / pixel shader less intense
• modified level items like crates
• added screen shake

Bug Fixes

• death / restart freeze bug - hopefully fixed by new intermediate Death screen
