2 Years later.  Things broke.  Needed to be fixed.

• Leaderboard functionality has been brought back online and improved.
• Fixed a massive oversight in Rush Hour Mode that allowed for bad recipes to count as good.
• Improved Name Entry behavior to be more intuitive at shorten name lengths.
