Albero Verde 0.1.3b Bugfix

This is the bugfix for version 0.1.3.b. To apply the bugfix, you will have to hyper-impregnate Ranko again, sorry for the inconvenience:

• Fixed a major bug where Ranko was not able to experience permanent BE.

Other changes:

• Rest function now clarifies that it works when your Mana is less than your Max, and shows the current values on the Fertility Goddess Lounge Screen. A permanent sidebar or footer is planned to be implemented to keep track of Mana (and likely other things) at all times, but will likely not be implemented until 0.2.0.
