*Fixed issue that caused player dick size to max out at 20 when the preference was set to Unlimited
*Gave Vitae Anchor's suspicion penalty a more visible effect on the suspicion meter
*The Dev Console now has an option to add/remove/reset the Vitae Anchor upgrade. This reset option will reset the upgrade to owned but with 0 uses, which should help alleviate cases in which the suspicion manipulator in the console is unable to override the upgrade.
