Menu for one

The main focus of this update is to get the menu a bit more streamlined, and provide a simpler experience for solo play.

Instead of a raft of options off the bat, there are now three ways of playing:

Solo - Chat is disabled, and the game is played through regular mouse and/or keyboard controls;

Play with chat - Connect to Twitch and let chat play along and initiate commands;

AFK - Like Play with chat, but has additional options for automating things like restarting the game after a shift is over.

In each case you can choose how long and how difficult the game will be.
