Crushed a crash!

Pixel Whirled had been crashing on some Windows devices inexplicably.  I think somewhere in the background the hooks for the old Xbox Gamer Services had been shut down as the crash didn't exist when I first ported this game to Windows.

I've removed all references to Xbox Gamer Services and now the game no longer crashes, making it far easier to Whirl those Pixels!
