Demo 0.1.3 Update

These are the details for the changes in Albero Verde version 0.1.3 Demo:

1. Major Change: Ina no longer starts the game flat-chested.
2. Major Change: Scenes where Ina or Ranko are involved have been altered to accommodate their physical changes.
3. Fixed a bug where heavily impregnating Ranko before expanding her chest gave text unrelated to her.
4. The following images have been removed:
   1. Ina (1A, 2A, 3A, FestivalA)
5. The following characters have had their images updated:
   1. Ranko (Face, Cutscene, 1A, 2A, 3A)
   2. Stacy (Face, 1, 2, 3)
   3. Quinoa (Face, 1, 2, Festival)
   4. Rye (Face)
   5. Jessica (Face)
   6. Hotfix applied to correct a bug where the entirety of Ranko's page showed up when you visited her while she was Pregnant.
