v0.41 - Infinite small islands

v0.41 is released~

Small islands will now spawn after 300m until the end of time.

• - Small, non-story islands now spawn after 300m
• - Fix missing translation for building menu gear tooltip
• - Fix wrong BGM playing when loading a savefile with 90s approaching storm
• - Fix some accessories appearing locked on demo
• - Fix lamppost not moved visually when moved
