It's a pretty hefty one. Both in polish and content.
Most exciting things first. The boss now actually has phases! And a new attack type! A timed circle AoE explosion, it has a ground indicator before exploding. Currently there are 4 phases with 3 different attack types, and each slightly altered in the different phases. The boss does die quite fast though, despite having increased health, it doesn't feel all that much longer. Probably because it's become novel enough that each phase takes up it's own chunk of time.
There's been polish for Iris too! I haven't gotten around to drawing out her walking sprites but dash is now swapped to Iris-Iris. And speaking of dashes, Iris now actually has invincibility while dashing, no more collecting enemy bullets while trying to dodge! Though, you also can't shoot while dashing either, tiny trade-off. There's also a visual health bar for iris, taking the form of a heart. I admit it might not be too fancy but I figured it does the job, at least for now.
As for more polish, the shaking has been taken down a level. Especially shooting. The boss health bar now also enters and exits with a simple animation. And the UI has been adjusted slightly in the process.
