Bugfixes and new shops in v0.22

Progress is continuing on the basement and the final quests, but in the meantime, here is another update with some bug fixes and improved shops.

 New Content

• Implemented limited inventories for shops, and adjusted some item prices - most weapons and usable items are now much cheaper.
• Added a confirmation prompt before attacking NPCs.

Fixes

• Fixed a few Masked Men encounter points
• Fixed an issue with Jasper.
• Fixed a room transition near Jasper’s room
• Fixed issues in projector room
• Fixed issues in telescope room

The limited shop inventories are courtesy of the Limited Shop Stock plugin by Trilobytes/John Clifford/Trihan . The shops do not restock yet over time - the plugin's built-in restock feature is based on real time, which doesnt work for this game. I'll look into scripting in a restock chance to run once a day on all the shops. The new shops seem to work fine for now, but there is always a chance of new bugs when using a new plugin, so I will be on the lookout for that.
