It's here! Welcome to Nubby's Number Factory V0.27!!!

I know, I know. I said that V0.26 would be the last content update. It came to my attention that a lot of people were dissatisfied with the new perk system because it didn't allow for as many synergies and interesting interactions as traits did. This issue, along with some ANNOYING bugs and crashes (I'm so sorry for the one that kills good runs), are the main points of interest for this update.

In V0.27, you will find some nice new mechanics to play around with. Most importantly, I added a "freeze item" system, which allows you to maintain items through rerolls, and even leaving the shop. Gone are the days of being too poor to afford that rare item!!

I also added some pretty rudimentary key bindings. Try playing around with these and see if you can break them. Let me know if you can because it was a very complicated process to introduce key bindings, and I'm sure there's a few bugs lurking somewhere within this system.

I mentioned perks earlier, and I'm excited to announce 5 new perks for you to play around with, that I intended to make feel more like traits in their abilities. I'll let you go out and discover these for yourself.

-Added more perks (5 new), not listing them here because you can go discover them for yourself :)

-Added a new title screen tony animation

-Key bindings are saved locally, so you don't have to keep setting them.

-The "item appear" sound effect in the shop was altered to be less annoying on expensive headsets. (thanks vinegart!)

Final note:

If you're unsatisfied in any way about my game, let me know. I want to constantly improve my game and make it truly the best work I'm capable of creating. Also, Russian and Spanish localization will be coming to NNF in the next demo update. However, that update will most likely just be to fix bugs and implement the localizations. There will be no more "playable content" added in that update.
