Form Fillable Sheets Added

The Character and Mecha Sheets are now Form Fillable, meaning you can write in them digitally without special software. Simply download them and open them, write your char/mech information there, and then either save or print the file to a new PDF. They even have a "Print" button so you don't have to go looking for those options. If your PDF viewer doesn't have the ability to edit form-fillable PDFs, just open it with a Chromium-based browser and it should work.

I've been collecting typos and suggestions for clarifications. I will be updating the manual with those fixes next month.
