Heya!
I fixed a bug that made Gruffe's new event unencounterable after getting the Quest Guild Recommendation or the Copper Badge. Now it should work as intended and you can talk to Gruffe so he appears in Water Dungeon.
To update your game download the 0.19.01 zip or rar - Unrar/unzip it and then bring your saves from the 0.19 build to 0.19.01 build by copy-pasting the save folder in the www folder.
