Minor clarification and typo fix

• Added a clarification to the game documentation about what happens when you do not roll above or equal to the attribute requirement when playing a card - it's discarded. It was kind of implied in the rules before, but I just wanted to make it clear. :)
• Fixed the general description text for number of origins (from six to seven). I totally forgot to update that word when I added the Hydran origin to the game. Doh!
