Added new Loading screen by Sn3j

Update contains flames on the F and L letters, highlights on the wings of some demons, enhancements on Flappy's left wing, tail and forehead, and a few minor pixels. I didn't know what the two bubbles at the L are good for. So I just fixed the shapes of them.
