Insect Prison REMAKE map guide

To answer some other questions that appear sometimes, and inspired by the other guide for the scenes, I’ve added a new one that covers the map regions, how to unlock them and their encounters/loot.

I’ll also attempt to keep this guide updated with the game’s content as it comes out.

WARNING! If you would like to discover the map by yourself, don’t read the rest of the post :P.

The Map

Beach, Cabin and Room

These start unlocked and have no encounters or loot.

Shoreline

This region also starts unlocked.

Explore results:

• Finding Salt (40%)
• Nothing (60%)

Rear Beach

Unlocked by exploring the Shoreline at least 10 times.

Explore results:

• Battle Jellyfish (50%)
• Finding Seaweed (16.8%)
• Finding Coral (12%)
• Finding Seashell (11.2%)
• Nothing (10%)

Jellyfish drops:

• Tentacle (49%)
• Seaweed (30%)
• Marine Membrane (29%)

Hideout, Hideout Back and Shop

Unlocked by Meeting Rumia in the Forest while exploring, after having at least 1 H event with Wharf Roaches.

In Rumia’s shop, you can buy items that are not available elsewhere and sell any collected resource for some SP.

There is also the Lewd Refiner that transforms lewdness into Libido Stones/Crystals that can be used to purchase said items.

Cliff and Cliff Top

Unlocked by exploring the Forest at least 10 times.

Exploring the Cliff does nothing for now, but using a pickaxe on the ore veins in the Cliff Top results in getting minerals and exploring may get resources to build a pickaxe..

Sewer

Unlocked by exploring the Swamp at least 10 times.

Egg Fly drops:

• Fly Wings

Giant Slug drops:

• Insect Mucus (amount always +1)

Deep Forest

Unlocked by exploring the Sewer at least 10 times.

Explore results (similar to Forest):

• Finding Wood (23%)
• Battle Wharf Roach (19.2%)
• Battle Parasite Beast (16%)
• Finding Disinfectant Herb (15.4%)
• Finding Vine (14.4%)
• Nothing (12%)

After exploring at least 10 times, unlocks the Palm Tree.

Waterfall

Unlocked by exploring the Deep Forest at least 20 times.

Drinking from the waterfall increases damage by 1 point, until going to sleep.

Field

Unlocked by exploring the Deep Forest at least 30 times.

Explore results:

• Finding the Garden (if not yet found) (40% after 10 explorations)
• Finding Disinfectant Herb (40%)
• Nothing (30%)
• Finding Golden Herb (25%)
• Finding Blazing Wood (5%)

Attempting to collect more than 4 Blazing Wood per day on the Flower Garden will trigger the Egg Bee event.
