You're Next v3 Released!

Hey everyone!

It’s been a while, but we’ve now updated You’re Next to version 3! This update combines the changes we made for Gamedev Fest (an in-person event we attended earlier this month), plus some further fixes implemented based on the feedback from said event.

These changes include:

• Improved user interface
• Reworked movement (still tank controls but faster and more responsive)
• Keyboard shortcuts for some actions
• Improved chase sequences
• Reworked script
• Spanish localization (español chileno)
• More!

As a final note, this is the end of the line for the current version of the game. However, we’ve grown attached to these characters and the full story we want to tell, and we have also learned a lot by doing this version of You’re Next. So, we’ve decided to give it a proper shot, including our own character designs, better controls, and much more. Keep an eye out for a reboot / spiritual successor in the future (Halloween 2025? We’ll see!)
