Game updates and ship builder app!

Big update! There is now a ship builder web app available to use -- https://space-ark.streamlit.app/

It's a bit of a hobby project so let me know if you encounter issues. Currently, it only supports editing a single ship with no saving other than by exporting a JSON file for importing later. It's also being hosted for free so may run a bit slow or timeout occasionally and need a manual refresh. If there's enough interest in using it, I'll move to some more robust hosting.

I've also made a variety of minor tweaks to the game documents, largely just for clarity:

• Max Damage Per Arc has been moved to the Ship Class table rather than needing to be calculated on the fly (p. 38, 40, 42)
• Fixed Costs have been removed from Ship Design. These really didn't provide anything useful and were accidentally left out of the Ship Design Worksheet and Google Sheet ship builder anyhow (p. 41)
• Max Thrust has been added as a line in the Ship Design and Ship Design Worksheet (p. 39, 42)
• "Superior Engineering" has been renamed "Enhanced Engineering" in the Weapons & Equipment section to match naming elsewhere (p. 29)
• "Round up" in the Ship Design Worksheet has been clarified with an example (p. 42)
