Alpha 3.0

A downloadable game for Windows and Linux

Pretty underwhelming release imho. I added a new level and a new weapon, but I was planning a lot more.


(a)woken alpha 3.0 changelog:


New level, snowstorm. Survive for 180 seconds while protecting the rocket artillery from enemy kamikaze drones.

New weapon, nuke launcher. Powerful, but slow, and it's also very easy to kill yourself with it.

New item, hijacker. You can "recruit" enemies to fight for you.

Reworked the inventory screen, now with more buttons to select which weapons and items are currently equipped.

Added a whole bunch of destroyable props to make the map more lively.

Added custom mouse cursor. Why not?

Now finishing a level leads you directly to the next one instead of kicking you back to the main menu.

Grenade launcher now actually launches grenades properly.

Added a weird-ass toggleable "post processing" thing, with dithering, posterization and pixelization. It's weird.

Radar now shows you enemy rockets, hijacked enemies AND even gives you their altitude compared to the player.


Yeah it's a small changelog, you can blame the v3 guys and their 4:3 requirements for it.
