Hi all, today this plugin was updated to version Alpha R2!
This update adds a new movement ability, the dash! This movement ability provides a short burst of movement speed to the player in exchange for not being able to change direction when used. Similar to other movement abilities like jump, you can configure a cooldown period after using the ability. This could be used to make a timed event where the player must cross something such as a bridge or door before time runs out and their default movement speed is not fast enough to reach the objective in time. This update also adds a new plugin command for enabling or disabling access to movement abilities mid-game. You can now make it so that the player does not begin the game knowing how to jump, turn in place, or dash and must learn these abilities through some event in your game. You could also use this functionality to disable movement abilities at certain key moments in the game where you do not want the player to be able to use them, for example if they are temporarily injured it may not be realistic that they can still dash or jump around.
