NEXXT 3.0.1 released - bugfixes

Bugfixes:

• -Import PPU dump:
  -silently ignored anomalous ppu dump files that have more than 0x4000 bytes (custom trailing data).
  Now accepts them, while ignoring any trailing data.
  -Now also accepts the .ppu extension (same handling as .bin).
  
• Open CHR smaller than 4k:
  Doing this while using a default chr startup file would cause an offset placement bug.
  Now fixed.
  
• Open metasprite bank (.msb):
  -Was completely broken (not loading).
  Now fixed.

Minor changes:

• About Form:
  -Updated contact information; now including Bluesky, and renaming Twitter to X.
