Update game to version 1.0.0

The release of a completed version, fully functional and containing most of the planned: 

• The grass pattern has been added
• Acceleration and rendering improvements
• Added twinkling stars background
• Added a splash screen with dynamic appearance
• Improvements to the menu and game interface

Attention: the version 1.0.0 <span class="EzKURWReUAB5oZgtQNkl" data-src-align="285:3" <code<="" span=""> source code is incompatible</span> with the pdp11asm compiler, it has been removed from the build scripts.
