Post Jam Update

Ludum dare is over, so here's an update for Tooth, Claw & Teacup!

• Added more environment pieces 
• Better combat
• New sound effects 
• Added Music
• Added screen transition (No more accidentally clicking on the upgrade screen)
• Linux Build
• More obvious daze (In the jam version the enemy would fall into a daze when hit, but the daze was to short to be noticed, so I made it longer)
• Added money (Now you can gain some extra health)
• Some bug fixes
• New Enemy
