Halloween Update: Wizard Corgi

Hello!

Happy Halloween! 

I've updated the asset pack to include:
-a corgi with a wizard hat that barks lightning and,
- a new corgi variant: cardigan welsh.

I have also updated the pug, making it have a smaller neck as per a commenters suggestion.
