V-0.3.0 Update

V 0.3's update is all about getting the game ready for beta testing.  This means the following have been revamped:

• UI - Adopted a new theme while making sure everything is high resolution
• Sound - Music and sound has been overhauled to include appropriate licenses
• Graphics - Behind the scenes updates such as frustrum culling and more efficient draw methods allowing for good performance on mobile platforms

Again, this update is about polish.  We have some ambitious goals for some future updates included themed worlds, with each world featuring a unique trait.  At the moment we only have 6 or 7 levels so don't click on anything above that.
