A Pug's Life 0.0.0.3 Update

Hi all

I'm slowly starting to migrate my old code to something more up to date and pick apart things that worked, didn't worked and....well...things I may have forgotten. 

• Starting to migrate sounds to new code base
  • Environmental first
  • SFX coming up
• Added interaction bubbles
• Added ability to collect items to inventory
• Starting to migrate tilemap based items to objects to allow for ease of use later on
• Added support for footstep sounds
