v0.27 is released

It's time to feed your settlers some carbohydrates. I'm sure they're sick of teriyaki and vegetables by now!

Introducing...wheat farms!

New item added: Wheat

New research added: Agriculture IV

• - Add wheat farm (requires burger stand unlocked)
• - Add new resource: Wheat

Currently wheat is only used for burgers. I am thinking of more uses for wheat, but if you have ideas on how wheat can be used in the game for other purposes, you can let me know here or on discord!
