0.4.2 - Mission system

Hi again!

We are bringing a new update.

What's new:

• Hints at the beginning to help new players(as sequential missions)
• First in-game sounds
• Church (you can build it independently at Tier II or upgrade a Shrine)
• Wells now occupy 2x2 square
• Smoke visuals added to Tier II buildings
• Refreshed looks of some buildings
• Changes in game balance (construction costs and minor production tweaks)

• New decorative structures
• City Hall and Storehouses upgrades
