Character creation tweak, fleurons

Tiny update, but one that I've been meaning to make forever: the relationship building questions have been updated to be a little more symmetrical. Now, each character has been helped by the person they taught something to. Which feels a little more interesting!

Thanks to Sam Roberts for this suggestion, many months ago.

I've also updated the PDFs to have the fleurons I always wanted them to have. (My last export didn't want to play ball.)
