Fixing up some glaring gameplay issues

During a recent playtest with a good friend of mine, I noticed a few important frustrations arising from his gameplay:

• Deleting towers is too easy, and you can end up ruining your chances by accidentally deleting a highly upgraded tower.
• When you keep the upgrade/buy menu open and then collect money, the menu doesn't react to your new balance.

These issues, among other small visual issues, or visual ambiguities were addressed in this recent patch.
