CotSC v1.1 - The Post-Jam Update
Hey folks! Sorry this one took a while, there was a ton I wanted to add, but development was starting to drag on and I was beginning to burn out. There's still so much stuff to enjoy, though!

Additions:
- 25 New Buildings! (Total: 38)
- 24 New Policies! (Total: 34)
- Hand Redraw Mechanic (Press the "Redraw" button to recycle your hand a limited amount of times)
- Being Able To Look At Your Current Inventory
- Pause Menu
- Card Duplication Quick Upgrade (Duplicates 1 card)
- Big Building Packs (5 buildings, pick 2. Double the cost of a normal pack.)
- Light particle effects on building placement or purchasing an object in the store.
Changes:
- Completely overhauled item description system and general UI
- You can now hover over placed buildings to read their information, and get their current score.
- Buildings about to be placed have their score projected (Known Issue: This can get really long on some buildings!)
- Score added in the current turn is now displayed.
- Rebalances to many buildings and policies.
- Rarity system is now functional. More powerful buildings and policies will now appear less often.
- +1 Turn by default, and target score now increases by +145.
- Buildings in Packs now have a 1 in 20 chance of being Special (Bonus or Multiplier)
Bug Fixes:
- "Score when placed on terrain" bonuses.... just straight up didn't work. This has now been fixed.
- All the weirdness with hover descriptions has been removed. Because the hover text stuff has been completely replaced.
Future Plans:
The rest of the planned content for this update (Boss Fights!) will be in the next, but I don't know when that'll be. I'll probably take a break and then start focusing on my main project again.
