Anky got a second phase!

Anky, the first boss got a major update:

• Now he has 2 stages, with varying difficulty.
• Spikes! Spikes everywhere!
• Grenades??

Also have been cooking more particles, visual effects and optimizations. Overall a very productive mini update. Setting up the code for the second boss. What dinosaur would that be?
