There are a few secrets to uncover, and post-game content.
Length: 8.5k words.
I’m not allowing streaming or recording this game for the time being.
I also respectfully, empathically ask that you interact with this project in good faith and utilize common sense.
I am showing an IMMENSE amount of vulnerability by posting this to the public, as a survivor.
Do not think for a second that this was easy to make, let alone post for anyone to look at. Please, think about what you say.
Last time I made a game about this subject, it did not go well. I truly hope that doesn’t happen again.
Also.
Many pieces I made for this were scrapped due to me not feeling like their quality would do the game justice. I tried my best to keep the remaining artwork as nice-looking as I could. You’ll see that some scenes do not have art - that’s because I didn’t feel like I could draw well enough to represent them.
My apologies. I would love to replace the art with a professional artist’s in the future if the artbook and DLC sell well.
I almost gave up on finishing this game due to feeling inadequate and like I’ll never make something good again. I’ve scrapped about 4 or 5 games since March.
This is my attempt to break the curse and go back to finding game dev fun again, instead of despair-inducing.
I appreciate your kindness beforehand.
