Oct 15 - UI, junk coloring, W key (v1.2)

New features added:

• The W key works now.  I can't believe I never noticed that before.  You can now use that, space, or up arrow.
• The cursor now also changes to red if you're over an object that's out of range.
• Junk you're holding will highlight red if it's overlapping something.
