Changelog for this minor release:
- Added more detailed information to the Skills screen, including Costs, etc. such that more information can be gathered about a skill prior to Learning it
- Changed the format of restorative skills to read "Healing Power" and color coded the text accordingly, to make them easier to distinguish from damaging skills
- Added a missing sound effect to the Remedy Herb item animation
- Fixed a bug in which one of the Fort exterior guards could miraculously survive falling off the guard tower
- Slightly increased the base spell power of Darren's tier 1 elemental spells
- Added target level-scaling to ATK-Up, DEF-Up, and similar buffs
- Increased Spark's DEF and MGR contribution from levels
- Tweaked enemy TP growth rates
- Fixed a bug in which spamming the Cancel button on the title screen could navigate to an unintended menu
