Updates some bugs with the game after a few people played it.
Fixed issues with knock back calculation being added wrong
Fixed bug where enemies didn't drop xp properly
Fixed issues with items adding duplicate buffs
Fixed issue where hp was not healing when food was picked up in slot three
Fixed a spawn bug with items descriptions not pulling properly
