Reaper spawn and Attack Fix

Corrected the spawn timer on the reaper. It was intended to give the player enough time to make it mostly through the first level before spawning. Time was too short initially.

Adjusted the Combat Buttons disabling sooner to keep from causing a crash if attacking too fast.
