0.1.2 Release

Release 0.1.2 of Grindaria contains the following changes:

• Added the "lightning strike" combat ability.
• Consuming healing items now shows a heal effect.
• Balancing: updated the status bonuses skill levels provide, and increased the difficulty for higher level monsters.
