Finally found finished the base layout and mechanics of managing the ball's position. As of now, the biggest challenge is design, because I'm not very artistic, and physics. Something about the ball's physics irks me as the ball rolling down doesn't feel realistic but I'll look into the engine's physics manual later.
Some goal's I'll strive for now is to add more obstacles for the ball to interact with as well as adding extra UI displaying the current score and remaining lives. The slider will be updated with springs and knob sprites (if I find some).
